Accounts and memberships are personal and non-transferable. Redistribution of paid content or software output is not permitted.
The service is provided as-is. To the maximum extent permitted by law our total liability for any claim is capped at the fees you paid us in the twelve months preceding it. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
Disputes are resolved by binding arbitration on an individual basis, except where the law provides otherwise. Contact us first — most things resolve with an email.
