The charter

Membership is something you are held to.

The most serious investment communities in the world are not defined by what members receive. They are defined by what members agree to. This is what you agree to here.

i.

Written rules

You keep a written set of rules for your own account. Not in your head — written.

ii.

The monthly reckoning

Once a month your journal is measured against those rules. You show up for it.

iii.

Honesty about losses

Losing positions get discussed as plainly as winners.

iv.

No soliciting

Nobody sells anything to anybody inside the rooms. Not services, not signals, not their own newsletter.

v.

No ticker-begging

Nobody asks what to buy, and nobody answers. Reasoning is shared; instructions are not.

vi.

Confidence of the room

What members share about their own accounts stays in the room.

Members who cannot hold to the charter are refunded their unused time and shown the door without ceremony. That is what keeps the rooms worth being in.
