The Floor is maintenance, not construction — for someone who already has a strategy and keeps breaking it. The gap between knowing your rules and following them is where almost all of the money goes.

What membership holds

01

The scanner, included

The scanner — every name tracked, its weekly level, and how far price sits from it, plus any US ticker on demand. It is not sold separately — membership is the only way in.

02

A live group call every week

Recorded, so missing one costs you nothing. How I am reading the scanner, how far names in an established uptrend tend to run and what the framework says about that, which names changed state this week, and where people are getting it wrong. Taught to the room, never tailored to one person.

03

Every position I take, and why

When I buy something, you see it — the name, the level, and the reasoning that led there. When I sell, you see that too, in the same place and at the same speed. Not so you can copy it, but so you can watch the framework actually being run on real money, including the times it does not work.

05

The room, with me in it

Small, moderated, no soliciting and no ticker-begging. Ask a process question and the answer comes from me, not a moderator. The charter is what keeps it worth being in.

The rules I hold myself to when I name a position

  • Every position is disclosed when the ticker is named — entries and exits both
  • Exits are announced in the same place, at the same speed, as entries
  • Losses are shown as plainly as wins. A record with no losses in it is lying
  • Large caps only — names far too big for this room to move
  • Every trade and every public mention goes in a disclosure log I keep

On the price

$297 is not what this costs to run. It is the door policy.

A cheap room fills with people who want to be told what to buy and who leave in six weeks. This one is priced so that everybody in it has already decided to take their own account seriously — which is most of why it is worth being in at all.

If that is a stretch right now, read how it works first — it says plainly what the rule does and where it loses, so you can judge it before you pay for anything.

Questions

Do you share your own trades?

Yes, and it is one of the main reasons to be in the room. You see what I buy, at what level, and the reasoning — and you see the exits at the same speed. It is not a signal to follow; it is the framework being run on real money in front of you, including when it goes wrong. Every disclosure is logged.

Why does it cost more than a normal trading room?

Because the price is doing a job. The large equities rooms sit around $200–$300 a month and take anyone. This one includes the software, a written monthly review of your own journal, and answers from me directly — and the price keeps the room small and serious. You are paying for who else is in it as much as for what is in it.

Is there a member limit?

No hard cap. Every journal gets read and answered in writing each month regardless of headcount — if that ever stops being true, the price rises for new members rather than the reading getting thinner.

Are there 1:1 sessions?

Not in The Floor. Private sessions sit in The Method, which includes two a month.

How do I cancel?

One click in your billing portal after the minimum term. Completed sessions are non-refundable; cancel before your next billing date and you will not be charged again.
